Dear Clients, We have released a new version of the Retailer portal and Installer App last night, which included support for Battery STC creation on retailer portal and on-site data collection for Installer App. Please remind your installer to update the app before heading to the site — it’s important for everything to work properly. Please keep evidence that the battery is not switching on (e.g., a seal tag with the installer’s name and date on the isolator, or additional photos). This must be retained until 1st July for the claim to remain eligible.
